Nature of the Platform — Third-Party & Vendor Content

ViaLoka is an aggregation and discovery platform. A large part of the content shown — in particular vendor profiles, business listings, product and service descriptions, images, prices, opening hours, and contact details — originates from third parties (the vendors themselves) or is compiled, resurfaced, or reproduced from publicly available third-party sources. This content is not created or authored by ViaLoka; it is merely stored, organized, and displayed within our system.

We act in this respect as a hosting service provider for third-party information. We do not adopt this third-party content as our own, and its appearance on our pages does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or warranty by us as to its accuracy, completeness, legality, or timeliness.

Unclaimed profiles. Some vendor profiles are compiled from publicly available sources and enhanced by automated systems, including AI, so that we can surface local businesses with the best possible intent. Because of the nature of this technology, such profiles may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors, and are subject to change. Any vendor can, free of charge and at any time, claim their profile, correct it, request its removal, or register and delete it themselves — see our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, or contact legal@vialoka.com.

Liability for Content

The content we author ourselves is created with the utmost care, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

For third-party and vendor content as described above, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored information, nor to actively investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Liability in this regard only arises from the point in time at which we obtain knowledge of a specific legal infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the content concerned without undue delay.
